I love Father Ted (especially Dougal) and I wondered what your favourite Dougal moments were?
Mine is probably the one where they're on a plane. Ted is very nervous as the plane takes off, and Dougal says:
"Wouldn't it be terrible to be killed in a plane crash, Ted? Or if you fell out of the plane? If the floor just came away and you'd be falling for ages and ages-"
And then Ted distracts him with a squeaky toy. :D Brilliant.

My favourite moment is when he is driving the milk float with the bomb onboard hilarious!!!!!!!!!!!!

when father ted leaves the house for some thing and dougal is there and some lady knocks at the door and when father ted comes back dougal had given the house to the lady

Dougal: Last year I had a go with the horse riding and it was just fantastic
Ted: I didn't know you could ride horses
Dougal: Well it wasn't a real horse Ted like. It was this old fella with a saddle on him

when they're all dressed as elvis & when Ted leaves the room Dougal strikes an elvis pose - laugh everytime i see that bit

Down with this sort of thing! My favourite was whenever he would fall asleep he would dream he was on countdown and would talk in his sleep "Ill have a vowel "ease carol.. I loved his little duvet set that he had. That programme was amazing.
