Sound waves--and beauty--still occur when no sentient being or recording instrument is there to hear or observe them.
Whether you're talking outer beauty or inner, if it's the real deal, it doesn't wink out of existence once the owner is alone.

The tree- Yes, it still makes a sound. Just because there is no one around to hear it.. there was still a sound that took place.
Beauty- Is in the eye of the beholder. There is not one person on this planet that somebody wont find some sort of beauty in. Everyone is beautiful in some way.. All you can do is have self confidence and be beautiful to those around you. Beauty isn't always on the outside. And you make yourself who you want to be on the inside.

The answer should be: "Do I think I have beauty, have soul, have intelligence, have worth?" If you can answer this question without needing any other input from others then yes, "The Tree Falling in the Forest Will Still Make a Sound" since it is a singular event not needing any other input.

Perhaps one question is: How does this someone know that no one else thinks he/she is beautiful. Another relevant clarification is: What defines beauty? Given that this question falls under the "Philosophy" category, I would personally assume beauty = inner beauty. If my assumption is correct (i.e. inner beauty), then someone can still be beautiful if no one else thinks so (in this case it does not matter if the someone had actually checked with all the persons if they think he/she is beautiful). Reason is that we should know ourselves the best. If one thinks he/she is beautiful (inner beauty), and truthfully believes so, then he/she is beautiful even if no one else knows/thinks so.

And the beat goes on.
If a tree falls and Know observer is present How do you know the tree fell? Does it mater?
A rather silly question people ask in philosophy class to show off intellectually. It is part of a bigger discussion based on comparisons of presumptions about our view of knowledge.
What is Knowable? Is your reality the same as mine?
These are the kind of questions you can use to get at a particular philosophical point of view.

quantum mechanics tells us that if there is no observer to "collapse the probability function" to a single event, then the event exists in a superposition of all possible states until such an observation is made.
if you observe someone to be beautiful, then they are as such.

no beauty is a subjective rationale. it only exists in the mind of the beholder.
of course , you can always believe you are beautiful and that is as good as anyone's opinion.

There is no sound, just moving air, you need ears and a brain to translate this in to sound!
So to be beautiful you need someone to think so.
However, as in my case, it can be just me who thinks i am beautiful, and i do. And in your case i am sure many people do, they just havent said so yet.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
If you believe in yourself others will believe in you.
