Have you ever called in to a talk radio show on radio to discuss about current event issues?

if so, which radio talk show program did you called in and what was the subject of discussion? I called Kim Kommando show one time during the weekend but it wasn't live show so I couldn't get through...another time I called in Larry King show on radio, was put on hold for so long, I hung up. lol!

Yes. On a local radio station here. I said my opinion on the topic of the day & got the cursing of my life from some of the callers. The DJ talks to 6 callers at a time. I'm not doing that again!

I did once a long time ago. They were talking about physical punishments for committing crimes and I said we were quite lucky because in some places if you steal they WILL cut off your hand so that everyone knows what u did and without your hand it makes u think twice about stealing too. But thats the only time I called one. I won conceret tickets once but that wasnt really a talk show just a call in and be the 10th caller thing!

No for current issues/events but I did win a contest for calling in and got a CD or something for being the X number caller. Ha

yeah, years ago I called a radio talk show and talked about George H.W. Bush's options for vice-president. Obviously Bush Sr. was not listening---he chose Dan Quayle.
