81 = 3^4
x^12 = [x^3]^4
y^8 = [y^2]^4
z^16 = [z^4]^4

81x^12y^8z^16 = [3x^3y^2z^4]^4

So the answer is 3 x^3 y^2 z^4

since 81 = 3^4,
(3^4)(x^12)(y^8)(z^16) =
[3(x^3)(y²)(z^4)]^4

see how all the exponents were divided by 4?
