I am having trouble deciding on where to spend Thanksgiving. I was given 2 tickets to attend the Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving game. The seats are on the 45yd line, 9 rows from the field; however, last month, I informed my family that I I would fly home to enjoy Thanksgiving with them. Now that I have these tickets I am having troubling making a decision. I love my family and I am a huge Cowboy fan. What should I do?

tell your family your problem and ask if they would mind if you went to the game instead. that way you won't have to make up a lame excuse and feel quilty afterwards. it will ease your mind and you'll be able to talk of it in later years without having to hide the story.

Screw the family. Go to the game. You can still see them for Christmas. Go Cowboys!

Spend time with your family and sell the tickets to me for $150. If interested, update your question with contact info!

Ok, here, give me the tickets, I'll go to the game, and you go visit your family. j/k

You'll be able to see your family at christmas, won't you? You could go then instead of now, right? And then you could go see the game.

Go to the game! It may be a once in a lifetime experience for you. You can visit your family during Xmas, or during next year's Thanksgiving.

There is nothing wrong with changing your mind when a rare opportunity pops up. Just be straight up with your family.
