Wow, oh probably back in high school but my mom was a sucker for my poutie face and all I had to do was say But momma I love you and I'm sorry and i promise I won't do it again if you let me do whatever it was I was wanting to do and bat my little eyes and she usually gave in so my grounding only lasted maybe a day, two at most! =D

Realistically, when I was about 10 years old. I'm 37 now and my mother still threatens to ground me if I tell her naughty jokes or talk about snakes (she is deathly afraid of snakes!) My son's girlfriend brought her pet snake over the other day, so I took a picture of it and sent it to my mom...I'm still grounded for that! LOL

I don't remember being grounded, but my mom took my phone away several times! Oh, that was the most painful punishment for a teenage girl!!!

I never got grounded, had the tv taken away.
That was back in the late 50's and early 1960's,,
That was a big punishment back then!

Never got grounded, I got a spanking , then they would make me stand up for a long time, because if you sat down it would of taken the sting away. They didn't want that.

I think I was 13 for something I can't remeber I'm 25 now and live in my own home so I can't ground myself... I'd like to sometimes :)

Never that I can remember. And only spanked twice. I have always been able to "reason" with the authority and "persuade" them to come around to my way of thinking.
