Since the finest chocolate in the world is made under the yellow smokestacks of Bournville, I doubt it was the chocolate that broke your jaw per se. It was just "The straw that broke the camel's back".
You likely had previously injured yourself and sustained hairline fractures. Biting the chocolate in just the right way caused the hairline to split.
Now appologize to the bunny that lays the cream eggs. You've hurt the little fellow's feelings.

Not if you live in the US of A! Today is your lucky day! Call an attorney immediately so you can sue the candy bar company for millions. Lack of personal responsibility is an accepted excuse to sue big corporations these days. Go on, give it a try!
PS. Don't drink any coffee from Mickey D's until your jaw heals, you might burn yourself and have to sue them too!

Important information is missing here.
Did you lose the chocolate? If yes obviously yes, bad luck
If not well. it's a new experience and you still have some chocolate,
which reminds me I've only had one bar since Monday...

What was the question again?
I do think it would be handy to have a 'statement' section somewhere so you can put somehting like that without asking
