Are you sure it's your video card that's making your screen go black? It could be a problem in your monitor itself.

The best place you will get the driver you need is on your video card's manufacturer's website

Well thats a hard thing to fix, because unless you have put a card into the computer and have its old drivers, the only way to update the drivers are online. Without being able to get on, you can't really do much except use the on board graphics instead and load up new drivers to see if they work. If its the on board graphics doing it, check BIOS on startup to see if the on board graphics are enabled, if they are and it still does it... get a graphics card or a new motherboard.

What type of Graphic Card do you have? each company makes there own Drivers for the Graphic Cards. This isn't like a MAC where everything goes through one company! So unless you think we can read minds, we really can't help you!

Hi. The manufacturer will have the latest drivers on their website. Download to another computer and copy the install package to yours.
