What character flaw would keep you from voting for a Candidate ?

Saying you are a compassionate conservative, a uniter not a divider, and you don't think our country should be involved in nation building, yet turn around and follow none of your public proclamations. Not being a honest broker.

This is probably a dumb one, but if a candidate cannot appear to connect with the common man, then I like them less. If they like to appear high and mighty and above everyone else, I can't support them. I think politicians should be humble in their servitude of the people, and should respect their base and constituents.

Calculating people who are dishonest, hypocritical, who pander to and patronize the electorate, who have neither the ability nor the desire to prioritize... I should point out that I find it exceedingly difficult to find anybody who lives up to that by the way.

I have the uncanny ability to recognize when someone is lying, so Its very hard for me to find a viable candidate.
