Yes,it's less harmful than tobacco or alcohol.I think that it should be sold with the same regulations as hard liquor and taxed in the same manner.The tax revenue could be used to help addicts of poison drugs such as meth and crack.

NO - however, I do believe some people need it medically. I saw a show on Montel about this, and marijuana is the only drug that has helped alot of ill patients. People with MS, glaucoma, etc. - They said nothing helped until they got it.
Plus, supposedly the medical kind doesn't get you "high" like the homegrown stuff. That's what they say anyway - you can ask Montel - he admitted to using medical marijuana daily for his MS

Define "they." The nosy busy bodies who control our government? Yes we should. But we won't. There is tremendous money and power involved in the war on drugs. "They" will not give up either one. More than anything else, the war on drugs has assisted the government in gutting our bill of rights. With our blessing.
