I was looking at some Psychonauts fanfiction, and someone was writing about a D'artagan. He's not in the game. Is he another of Tim Schafer's original characters?

I'm sorry, but I think I may have been misunderstood. I looked at my Psychonauts game again. In the end sequence, an unknown child is seen peeking out of the outhouse by the parking lot. One of my fellow fanfic writers said this child was D'artagan. As for myself, I don't know who it is.
