I think they are too easy on some people, like first time sex offenders, if you rape some one you should die, simple as that.

i think that when rape or murder of a child occurs we should jus turn the person over who did it to the victim's family,to do with as they please without getting in trouble

Personally I think that we are too easy on hard criminals in this country.
I think that making an example of them with public hangings and such could scare some people into taking our legal system more seriously.
Funny how someone who takes away another persons right to live by murdering them gets more rights in prison than a lot of people who don't murder get outside of prison.

yes.... and more executions in general...There are more and more in our jails... the money it takes to support these people is enormous.. life should mean life .....not its OK well take care of you ...you don't have to do anything for the rest of your life...only those that are trying have to struggle and worry...
