Guitar Hero is a game that mimics playing a guitar. It isn't much on the "movement and physical interaction" side though. For that try any game on the Nintendo Wii, which also has a version of Guitar Hero 3.

The guitar hero games is an excellent video game(s) in which you can challenge the computer or another player. There is Guitar hero I II and III and Guitar hero legends. The controlers are shaped as a guitar and the frets are different colored buttons in which you hit (play) as shown (required button will light up quickly) according to the song choice you pick. Before the start of a song you will need to first learn where each colored button is on the guitar. cause they will show up randomly on the screen and thats how you perform the songs. The game rates you on a scale and if you sux you get barely any points and if youre good they give you more points. Theres different levels you can play and also theres a practice level as well. I would definately recommend it!

Products? Well the full Guitar Hero bundle includes A 5 note guitar (if not wireless you can purchase one seperately), and the game (whichever one you buy). But if you want interraction, then why don't you consider a Wii (that is if you are lucky enough to have found one)

Guitar Hero series is the stupidest, gayest game for losers anywhere....until I played it for 15 minutes. You seriously can not knock this game until you try it. It is one of the most addicting games since Tetris.
