If you mean the Nvidia 8800 GTX, it's so far PCI-Express only.

There is no such thing as "VGA" slot. Perhaps you meant AGP?

And PCI-Express is NOT compatible with PCI.

I assume you mean a Nvidia 8800 GTX?
Its a PCI express card, and if you have a motherboard that supports SLI you can use two at the same time.
