Okay, I am sure this got some perverts attention. NO, that is not what this is about.

Does your partner have that certain smell. Its not perfume or shampoo or any other concoction like that. When you hug them and smell their neck, is there that certain smell that you always detect. I sense it with my wife, yet she says I have none.

Am I the only person that experiences this?

I LOVE the scent. It assures me that I am "home."

It is called LOVE. Yes, when you love a person really deeply, you know their fragrance. I am not talking about the perfume or soaps. I am talking about their unique body smell.

When you love that person, you walk into the closet - you hug them - you just hang around doing nothing, not a word, and yet you smell them of their uniqueness. No one knows that smell but you. Why? It is LOVE, my friend.

To me, the smell under her hair at the back of her neck is unique. I can go to sleep with that everyday or do 'something' (know what I mean) with it because no one else knows this except myself.

No you are not the only one!, there are even studies about smell and attraction. There are certain body odors inherent in people that attract certain individuals. Each person has a favorite and acceptable scents and scents that one can not stand. It is very likely you married someone who's odor you like otherwise you would not have passed your first date!. Probably your wife is so used to your scent that she detects nothing.

Yes my husband has a smell that makes my knees weak.Straight from work or the shower. It doesn't seem to matter. He just smells good. I think it goes back to that theramone ones partner exudes. That is what we are attracted too. And cologne is supposed to be a light scent that mixes with theramones to enhance the attraction.I hope I spelled that right? Sorry if I didn't

Everyone has a distinct smell. Which is why animals (dogs especially) smell everyone they meet and can remember people they've sniffed previously.

Women usually have a more refined sense of smell. In your case, you may have a better sniffer than your wife. So you detect her distinct odor while she cannot find yours.

Hope it's a good odor and turns you on. Smell is one of the primal sex stimulators in the animal kingdom. And we're all just animals.

Yes - i think she does - i notice it on a lot of people - I personally believe it is affect by what surround you - like if you work in a restaurant you have a smell of their food - so if at home you have lots of candles/incense the it stays with you after you leave they house.

My GF smells really nice and i love having it be the last smell before i got to bed at night.

we are predisposed to like the smells of people who have a genetic make up that is likely to be good for producing offspring. scientists believe pheromones play a big part in this. you are sure to have met someone you didn't like the smell of this is a hormonal warning that person probably isn't compatible. but some-one else compatible would have thought they smelt really good.

Everyone has a smell. Its feramones. They are stronger on some people and weaker on others. You smell your girlfriends but she cannot smell yours. My husband has a strong scent, I find it very alluring. ;) I smell his pillow sometimes when he's not around. It makes me feel close to him.
