I have been in this relationship for 2 years. He has used me to support his kids and for my money. He says he loves me and wants to be with me but his actions are showing me different. He never wants to have sex the only time he touches me is to annoy me. I asked him to give me 5 reasons of why he loves me and he could not name 1. I told him I need to feel desired and wanted and need some passion and he does not do anything about it. I told him I have nothing to lose by getting rid of him and he still is clinging to me with dear life. I told him we are just roomates and that it is over and I want him to move out and then he gets nasty to me and says I don't love his kids - which is not the case at all. I do love his kids I just don't love him anymore. I told him there isn't much to love because he is just a thorn in my side - he has never done anything for me .ever. ... I dont mean material possessions either - I mean emotionally because he wont. Help - I need some advice here.

I've been there, so #1, Don't let him play the kids against you and make you feel guilty!, #2 If he is not on the lease or co-owner of the house, you can have him escorted out by the police. Give him a date to be out of the house, if he doesn't get out by then, tell him you will call the police. The day before the deadline, in front of him, call the non-emergency police line and ask them what you would have to do to have someone to come and escort him out. It will show you mean business, and the cops will tell you that you just need to call and they will send someone out to assist you. Never make someone a priority that treats you like an option.

It sounds like you have a handle on it. Give him a time line to be out by and if he isn't out, evict him. Nothing screams it's over, like an eviction notice........
