ok I need a little help. I do a pool with friends, just picks and points for monday game for tiebraker. I do pretty good and usually lose by 1 or on the tiebraker.
There are a few games this week I am a little stuck on. They seem pretty evenly matched and some teams I haven't had a chance to actually watch play. Any help would be great.
Please try not to be bias.
If you could give reasons you believe a certain team will win, that would be great.
Thanks so much.
Cleveland @ Baltimore
Arizona @ Cincinatti
New Orleans @ Houston
SanDiego @ Jacksonville
Oakland @ Minnesota
NY Giants @ Detroit
St.Loius @ San Fran
Chicago @ Seattle

Cleveland @ Baltimore - Cleveland (coming off tough loss, be looking for revenge)
Arizona @ Cincinnati - Cincinnati (Offense is still clicking)
New Orleans @ Houston - Houston (Scaub is back and has weapons)
San Diego @ Jacksonville - San Diego (they still have LT)
Oakland @ Minnesota - Minnesota (Taylor will step in for AD)
NY Giants @ Detroit - NY Giants (coming off loss to Dallas...going to take it out on Detroit)
St. Louis @ San Fran - St Louis (Offense if in rhythm now)
Chicago @ Seattle - Seattle (watch last weeks stomping of the 49ers)
You can go ahead and pick me...ha!

First off I'd pick Baltimore over Cleveland just because of the Ravens Defense
I'd pick Cincinatti over Arizona because of the Bengals offense
New Orleans over Houston: Houston has really been struggling of course with the loss of Andre Johnson but the Saints have really been putting it together I would not want to have to face New Orleans in anything Fanasty, Bets, and what not.
SanDiego over Jacksonville: You have to realize that the Chargers will be fired up over a win over the Indianapolis Colts last week and will be wanting to keep it rolling agaisnt in my opinion a out-of-the-playoff-race team in the Jaguars
Minnesota over Oakland: I pick Minnesota because the Raiders have one of the worst pass offense in the league and that is what minnesota isnt too good at so Minnesota should be able to handle Oakland's pass, what the Raiders are good at though is running but that is what the Vikings thrive in.
Giants over Lions (but VERY close game): The only reason i pick New York is Jeremy Shockey. if u look at the offense they are pretty much the same except in the tight end position where Ney York edges detriot a little bit
St. Louis over 49'ers: the 49'ers are doing terrible this year and i just dont put any faith in San Fran this year , for my fanasty my bets or whatever
Seattle over Chicago: Because of how bad Chicago's offense is doing against even the worst past D's like the Vikings, what will happen when this offense goes up against a Top-Notch run D and a above average pass D i dont wanna find out

Baltimore - Their season is on the line and it's a must win.
Cincinnati - The Cardnials simply can't win on the road.
New Orleans - Houston does not match up in a lot of areas.
Jacksonville - The Jaguars defense will dominate.
Detroit - Williams and Johnson will have big games.
St.Louis - The 49ers are worse than the winless Dolphins.
Chicago - Yet another do or die win game for the Bears.

Cleveland: offense and Balt offense is weak
Cincinatti: they just beat Balt and Arz will be overconfident after beating Detroit
Houston: Andre Johnson is back and NO is feeling weak after losing to the Rams
Minn: Oak is just not very good
NY Giants: Detroit will exploit NY defense
Rams: their last win is bringing them a high
Seattle: they will start to make a run for the playoffs

Cleveland...As inconsistent as they are, Baltimore is worse...
Arizona...Both have been inconsistent, but Cincinatti is moreso...
New Orleans...They seem to have turned a corner on their season and are climbing out of the hole...
San Diego...Not for Norv Turner, but they still are one of the most talented teams in the NFL...
Minnesota...Risky...Slightly better on offense and defense...but Peterson is out for this one, but they're still at home...and Oakland is, well...Oakland...
NY Giants...Risky, but they have a slightly better defense...
San Fran...Their defense is slightly better...
Seattle...Better on offense and defense and they're at home...

cleveland - baltimore sucks this year
Arizona - cinci's d sucks
Saints, better D and O is starting to show up
Giants - better d.
St. Louis - they are getting better
Bears - I live in Chicago
Oakland/Minn is a toss up. Without AP, minnesota doesn't have the offense to win, and Oakland just plain sucks.
