What two wars? The last war the United States was in was World War Two. Everything else since has been a conflict. As for paying for the conflict Congress through tax appropriations.

We will borrow from the Chinese until they cry uncle and then find someone else to go to for refinancing. Considering the way things are going, the next big creditor will probably be Iraq.

before they get out of there its going to cost at least 3 trillion.
which comes out to about 43,000 $ or so for a family of 4.
Thats why the democrats voted for the war, so later on when they have control they have a reason to raise our taxes and give themselves raises.
