Hi
Please note that this can happen only due to 2 reasons 1.Faulty video card. 2. Faulty Monitor. It is unlikely that your monitor is faulty coz most of the times its the video card. It would really help if you could tell the make & model of your monitor & video card, Try these steps. 1. Unscrew the blue cable from the back of the computer tower & then check if u see the monitor goes into self test mode - if the image is clear, if it is. Then the prob is with video card only. 2. You need to uninstall & reinstall the video drivers from device manager. I assume tht you know wat device manager is & how to reinstall video drivers. Even after doing all of this if u are still having issues then its time to get a different video card or Motherboard if its integrated video. Also just to be doubly sure please connect this monitor to a different computer & check, if this prob occurs on a different computer then monitor is to blame, Please let me know if u need more help.
regards,
Raj

Hi,
try this, if after you reset your setting it all works fine (which i think you are saying) then when you restart your system your setting are incorrect again, so your corrected setting are not being saved. it's not your Graphics card or drivers at fault, I think you have a systems problem, so try running CCleaner and then defraging your HD, i think your system is full of rubbish so windows can't run correctly. hope this helps you.

Yeah, your pictures card processor is overheating. Open the case, sparkling out each and each and every of the dirt, make positive the little fan on your pictures card remains operating, and your case followers are operating.
