I have a twisted pelvis that I have been having adjusted over the last few weeks with a chiropractor. Lastnight, my husband must have wanted to cuddle, grabbing my hip to pull me close. It caused alot of pain. I dragged myself out of bed because I had to go to work. I am out of personal time due to past medical problems. Is it legal for them to deny me medical attention? It is affecting my job, causing pain that brings tears to my eyes.

Unless it happened at work, your employer has no responsibility. You need to make arrangements with them to be able to take unpaid time off to get attended to. The employer needs employees taking care of their business and has the right to either accept or deny your request.

Yes it is legal unless you are disabled or gained the injury on the job.

No, you can still get medical attention, but you won't get paid, and if you miss too much time, might lose your job.
