Red wine goes good with red meat and white wine goes well with chicken or pork. But if you just want to drink a glass on a date with a someone special drink red.

When I drank, I used to love a good white wine. Goes down much easier. I don't like red wine that is just grapes. I can handle a nice fruity blend but when it's just grapes, it's way to strong in the aftertaste department.
