I Think it's Cute When I See People I Went to School With Having a Hard Time Making a Living While Illegals

What is your view?

Is there something scientifically "defective" with genes in America? Why do so many Americans have a hard time getting decent jobs while Hillary's illegals are doing just fine?

Or are you happy that Dems want to give illegals amnesty while Americans suffer?

Amazingly, while Americans are suffering Dems will vote for Hillary who wants amnesty.

What's more important? What I said or what Hillary and the Dems are doing to struggling Americans?

I think a lot of people would say that many of the jobs taken by illegals are not "decent jobs" or the employer would have plenty of legal applicants and not take the risk of employing illegals.

Look into the economics of labor. You need a certain level of unemployment just to fill jobs quickly enough, since there are so many specialties where only a small segment of available workers have the skills to immediately start working a particular job.

illegals tend to take the lower paid, less skilled positions that would not be filled by Americans unless the wages were higher.

If the unemployment rate in the nation rises above the liquidity rate, or the level needed to promptly fill available job openings, then you should look to policies to discourage excess immigration in order to manage the rate of unemployment. But to do so will put upward pressure on prices if you overshoot the mark, and metering immigration is hard to do when so much of it is illegal and uncontrolled.

What the nation needs is an effective method of metering guest workers and a policy for immigration that is understood by the american people as good for us in the big picture.

Illegal immigrants are great for scumy employers. You can pay them under the table (and therefor less than minimum wage) and should they ask for any benefits...you can call INS.

But hey, the wealthy have already alligned us against the immigrants instead of those people who are illegaly hiring them.

Stop the employers, and you stop the problem. Everything else is just fluff.

1.) STOP letting businesses entice illegals for low wages;

2.) CLOSE the borders;

3.) DEPORT illegals -- regardless of whether they've married and had children (it's THEIR responsibility, not OURS).

Make ALL politicians FINALLY understand that chasing after votes from ILLEGALS is treasonous to AMERICANS for whom they work. Spitzer got the message, and Hillary was finally able to come up with an appropriate response, after fumbling over herself...

Illegals take the jobs your friends don't want.

There's plenty of work at minimum wage out there. But the people you went to school with don't want to pick fruit, haul trash, mow yards and clean offices.

I don't like the illegal alien thing much, but the farmers and rich people in this country who hire them are as much to blame as the illegals themselves. They wouldn't come if they didn't get hired.

And relative to the whole driver's license thing in New York - at least we'd know who and where some of them are...

Many, many and many American do not want to do the jobs illegals are willing to do...Most of American don't finish school or barely get by in school and then want a high paying managerial jobs with supervisors pay... many American will not work...at least these illegals are coming to our country to work...Illegals have not taken professional jobs...
