Maybe you have a shadowy place in the garden where you could set up one of those plastic inflatable swimming pools....you could go in there with the baby and play with tub toys. She'll love that. And make sure you both drink enough. A fan is a great idea too, or a wet towel around your shoulders... What I do in great heat is wearing clothes as humid as they come out of the washing machine. But for the little one, this is probably too dangerous.

I rarely wear them around the house--I've often wondered what would happen if the wind blew just right when I let my dog out..........the neighbor would be very happy.
