Yes, it can be embarassing. Disappointing a partner (or being afraid of disappointing her) is part of it. Being seen as weak or inadequate is another part of it.

Embarassment is a response, though. Some guys can lose an erection unexpectedly, and decide to respond in ways other than embarassment - at least to some extent. For example, he might just say "Oh, darn," then get on with doing something else to help you get all the nice feelings that you were looking forward to.

Yes it is embarrasing also frustating and annoying. I suppose it would be the same as you suddenly going bone dry and not being able to perform.

I would be if it happened to me. Why would be then I wouldn't be able to satisfy the woman or myself. I'm 22 and I can ejaculate twice on the same erection.

Not only embarrassing but frustrating as well. It's just as bad as climaxing too quickly. Try putting yourself in a man's place and think about it.
