Yes, you will have mold! Not sure if your own or rent but that can become a big problem so get that water leak fixed ASAP

I expect the water is on your walls rather than inside coming out. Yes, you will have mould in both cases. If it is winter where you are and you don't have central heating, you will get condensation in varying degrees depending on your lifestyle. A gas cooker will produce a lot of water and a gas fire can put an airborne gallon a day into your rooms.
If the water is coming from outside and soaking through the wall, it may be a leaking rainwater pipe or gutter above.

Dry wall and plaster YES! you need find source remove old wall to studs and replace using vapor seal on it if out side wall check the wall it self first!!! using modern technolgies or old school of Roofing paper? (Rolled stuff) behind stud wall!
got some work ahead! maybe hire contractor?

yeah u will definetly have mold dont panic though it happens to everybody atleast once in their life time.........
i take it your a new house owner or renter and you dont know what to do........heres some advice......................
call the mold people in your local area
