Ah, Every morning the chimes of "Time" by Pink Floyd get me going in the morning. I put alarm across the room and on full ear splitting mode, so loud sometimes it can be heard outside. No better way to start your day.

Ah, youth. Because of my schedule, the only day I have time for music after waking is Sunday. Sunday is a relaxed morning; maybe an intimacy with my Sweetie, and then freshly ground coffee and the heady brew that ensues. The kitchen is filled with smells of her baking the latest inspiration or a grille-top treat. The Sunday paper is unfolded and sorted with the proper sections in the proper places, the table set for a sublime breakfast of an extreme casual nature. Music? Classical, of course. The lush draperies of sonic pleasure in the background provide the perfect counterpoint to our mutual awaking/sharing ritual. Bon Apetit!

If it's raceday, I usually start the day of the race off with either the original Superman theme by John Williams or the Magnificent Seven's main theme (by Elmer Bernstein).

If I know it's gonna be a long day at the office putting our car magazine to bed, then "Get Right Back To Where We Started From" by Maxine Nightingale starts my day.

Other than that, Marvin Gaye's "Sexual Healing" and "Let's Get It On" or Tom Jones' "It's Not Unusual" starts my day off right =)

Have a good day Sarah...Byebye and see You later. Different things. The first song I listened to this morning was "Evil Eye" by Yngwie.

Yeah, rock music is the best choice. It wakes me up better than a cup of coffee, and a good song can make my day. I usually listen to Alternative Rock, Electronic music of the 80's or even Heavy Metal, but very rarely....

I usually start the day with Mickey and Amelia on 98 rock. Those 2 along with the rest of the morning crew are highly entertaining. They'll throw an occasional rock song in the mix, along with some great song parodies

Folk music. Some Dylan, Cat Stevens or James Taylor.

Anything heavy and upbeat. Amon Amarth, Hatebreed, or Chimaira are some good examples of music that gets me going in the morning.

Have a nice day at school.

The same music I end the day with, loud and hard for the most part. Very important in the morning to have a good breakfast and keep it loud as it would be tragic to fall asleep on the expressway. Study hard, make us proud.

for my alarm, it depends on the weather, but generally i do like starting with Of Montreal. It's a good day.
Another AM favorite is Muse. But on the weekend, ah give me the gentlest soft music that i can dream without the urgency to open the eyes.
