wow some of these answers are hilarious.
#1- that sound has nothing to do with YOUR AIR FILTER!
#2- make sure you have a full capacity of oil that you need . (Do this by checking the yellow stick under the hood.)
#3-If its low and you havent changed the oil in more than 3 months or 3000 miles DO IT NOW.
#4- If the sound returns after youve done this, then you have a valve seat problem. Which means that youll need them adjusted. Get a tune up and have this procedure done at the same time.

No, use only the grade of gas the owners manual tells you to use. Using anything else will cause more problems.
Try an air filter, as it is an easy fix... if that fails, you might want to bring it to a mechanic. When you say, "sounds like marbles in the engine" it sounds to me like you are describing a piece of metal in a cylinder, being bounced by the piston... if that is the case, your engine is toast.

Could be water in the fuel , try some dry gas along with fuel purchased from another location...
