I think it would depend on what you like to do. I would ask you what your hobbies and interests are and plan something with you from that. I like doing a lot of different things, so it wouldn't be hard to find something to do.

watch a movie, though that wont take all day... so we'll do that, then play volleyball, play in the snow (if its snowing there, cause it is here) or go to the beach (if its warm and sun is out)
