Many people have purchased Beck's system and made a lot of money........for John Beck. The purchasers did not fare nearly as well from using his system. Avoid it.

This real estate seminars are basically scams.
The "system" is based upon buying property below value, for little or no money down, and flipping the property.
It requires a very motivated (and preferrably stupid) seller, and a robust market.
Save your money, and go to the library and take out any of the "Real Estate how to make a fortune" books. The premise is pretty much the same in all of them.
