I forget about it occasionally. Sometimes I ask a question on Wednesday or Thursday and since I try to spend my weekends with my family and leave the computer off, they expire. I don't mean it to happen that way and I intend on choosing a best answer, but my kids are far more important that yahoo answers!
We all forget sometimes. I have seen what you are talking about though, there are some who NEVER choose best answer!

You are right-- but I guess they ask too many that they forget to go back a while later and pick a best answer. Or maybe the question is too generic, it would be biased to pick a best answer (ie, what is your favorite color, and he bested someone that said blue.)

I always have a hard time choosing which one I like better. But I ALWAYS choose for myself.
Some people would rather let others make choices for them I suppose.
