1st of all, you must know that your mobo supports sata... if not, then you must have an IDE to SATA adapter. but if your mobo already supports SATA, then all you have to do is mount your HDD and attach the data and power cables... voila! your done. Turn on your PC and let your OS do the rest.

open up ur pc, stick hard drive in the hard drive slot connect the red cable from hard drive to the motherboard and then connect power to the power supply done :D
