I remember seeing one as a child about an evil aristocratic owl who turns everything into animation. Also, one of the characters loved lasagna (no, not garfield). I'm certain this film exists. Please help I really wanna see it again.

Sounds like 1991's "Rock-a-Doodle".

it is Rock-a-Doodle. its' a farm movie. starts off real life, something happens then it goes to animation, the main chacters are a little boy that get turned in into (i think) a cat, and he has to go fine a rooster named(i think) sunshine, bring him back to crow and beat the owls.
