I have a 2001 Chevrolet Venture and have come across an issue where my blinker lights flash fast and all rear signal lights flash when the brake is pressed and I try to signal left. Anyone have any ideas?

This points to an earthing (grounding) fault. Look for signs of corrosion anywhere from the lamp bases right through to any connectors in the wiring loom and particularly where a ground wire connects with the bodywork.

First I would check all your bulbs to make sure filaments (tiny wires) inside of bulbs are not touching/check all sockets for rust or corrosion/if you dont find problem there I would go to turn signal-multifunction switch but you might want to have this checked by a pro as it is expensive part that is difficult to replace and would be waste of money if it wasn't it////I would start with both front and rear left turn signal bulbs
