Because men think about their penises a lot. Men's Health and Women's Health basically means their bits down there and obviously for both genders that's an area that can potentially have a lot of issues, needs to be in good working order, and is often embarrassing to see doctors about, hence why people try online anonymously to see if they can solve it by themselves first.
