First off don't worry about your nose problem.

If you're really serious about becoming and actor or actress start by joining you school's drama group or a local amateur group (or better yet both). If you do alright there then consider going to a recognised stage school and find the local casting agency in your area and sign up. If you have the talent then get your nose looked at when your face has started to mature (18-20 or so).
