If you want to walk, you'll have to wait for the West Dublin/Pleasanton station to open next year.
At the current Dublin/Pleasanton station, there's a bus (WHEELS #3) that leaves for the mall every hour.
The fare is $1.75.

Their is a West Dublin Pleasanton Station that was just opened last week. Its about 2 miles away walkng. Its its on the other side of HIghway 580 If you can walk less than 2 miles then yes its walking distance. I can walk it.

It's over a mile and it would involve crossing I680. I'm not aware of a direct route, I'd take Scarlet Ct to Dublin Blvd west then San Ramon Rd/Foothill Rd south to Stoneridge Shopping Center, assuming that's where you mean. That way it's more like 2 miles. Walking distance for me.
There's probably a bus.
