Any one who is aware of the existence of black money (money out of which applicable taxes including income tax, wealth tax etc has not be paid) with any person can report regarding this to the taxation department & get a reward for such information if found correct, but if such information was found to be incorrect & false then such informant can even face criminal prosecution under section182 Indian Penal Code for giving such wrong or false information to any public officer. Beside this the personal relationship between the informant & the person against whom such information was given get spoiled. Consider all these aspects before such a complaint is ultimately made.

Why don't you speak to your father first of all, and see what is the reason for not paying income tax. First of all, see that he is liable to pay IT. Probably he would have engaged a good CA and ensured that he doent pay any IT.
If there is any altercation between father and son, do not drag it to the government authorities. Once they come to your premises, you had it.

Yes you can. And if it is shown that he has evaded his income gax you would be entitled to a percentage of what is recovered by the IRS by just filing a claim against that recovery. Of course, your father may hate you afterwards, but then we all have to weigh our options.

for those of you criticizing him. dont. you have no idea why his relationship with his dad is the way it is. not everyone has had glamorous lives like you might have. I was abused by my dad since i was 3 years old. What horrible things could a 3 year old have done? so unless you have an open intelligent mind rather than being an ignorant person who thinks that however they think is the correct way. just stfu

I have no idea what your relationship is with your dad nor do I care, but I would like to know how to pull off never paying taxes. He should be giving classes.

I think you are jealous! Otherwise no body will complain against his own uncle no matter whether he is in good relation with the family or not.
