Absolutely not........You can definitely have sex with someone you don't love. We either get drunk, horny, and look for a quick fix.

Making love.....means we care about the person. We really want to be there and do everything possible to make THEM happy as well.

NO! Not at all. Having sex means you are just doing it to get off. Making love is more of an emotional and spiritual connection.

Those to me are just different terms for almost the same thing.
If you call it 'sex' its a lot less romantic than 'making love'.
But, that expression is getting old fast because hardly anyone uses it anymore.
But no, they vary a little to me.

no having sex just to calm down a hormone storm is not making love
making love doesn't have to mean the total sex act either -- it's any form of sexual intimacy -- though it usually ends up total and there are times when people who really need to make love end up just having sex

not exactly the same. but i think we make love also through sex. seems like sex is the ultimate expression of love.

The term 'making love' seems to imply a mutual respect and at least some form of a relationship. 'Having sex' seems to be way more casual.

nope . my opinion sex is when its just sex an making love is when u take ur time an enjoy having sex with the person u love .
