Whats the best way to find friends to play Call of Duty 4 on PS3?

When you meet ppl online right now they don't spill into the 'players met' portion of the cross-media interface. And I can't seem to find any good websites to meet other players of the PS3. Is there some sort of hidden community I'm not seeing?

If you want to meet people for clan games on COD4 sign up to this fourm. Then find the COD4 clan thread loads of people will to add you to there friends list for clan games etc.
