ROMEO & JULIET (1968)

I've loved it for almost 40 years, and there's no sign of the romance fading. It's THE perfect film to me. Leonard Whiting (Romeo) was my first crush, and I still *sigh* when I watch this film or even look through my memorabilia collection.

Call me a silly old lady, but, when I watch it, I'm back in that theater with the rest of my English class, falling in love with Len all over again.

I go to Renaissance faires in costume, and I play my bowed psaltery. The melody that people always recognize is "What Is a Youth?" Here is the song on YouTube:

Star Wars 3 and ..... Tom Yum Goong!!

Love them!!

SW3 coz of the story and gr8 CGI and fight between Obi and ANi is absolutely top class!!

Also TYG coz it's just such an awsum martial arts film!! Tony Jaa is jus so superb to watch. The fight scenes are of very high standard (with no wires or CGI!! Dat makes it way better!!).

Its hard to choose just one " favorite of all time"...LOL...Theres sooooo many movies out there...Its hard to choose..The ones that come to mind though are Rock Star,The Notebook , and Premonition..Rock Star the story goes as the "Nobody" w/ a girlfriend turns into a star..and then leads the Star life,,which=Lifestyle changes than what hes used to...One night after a concert /show he realizes that he forgot who he really was and ontop of that who his true girl was..then everything ended for the Awesomeness of it...
Notebook..Really got to me...and my husband It made us cry...My Uncle and Aunt are in their Sixties and even made them cry...Because truly..thats the way my Husband and I want to die...in our sleep holding hands..I know that may sound sappy...but its true ..No one wants to feel their demise..and the most Romantic way not to lose one mate and the other live on..is to both die in your sleep... I Know you only wanted me to list just two movies..If I were to pick Id pick those two said above..But theres one more I just cannot shake from my brain..Premonition.....Its like you dont know watching the movie whether shes having one in dream state or...living the rl in the movie...but it all comes together in the end..but the only thing that sucks about this one is the fact that in the end she loses her husband in a semi accident..I wont tell you the rest if you havent seen it..But for those of you out there that havent seen this movie.SEE IT>> Itll get your heart strings, goin...to reach out to her...Well for those of you who have seen it..You know what I mean..for sure...I bawled my eyes out...and my husband and I both learned that "Its About Whats Really Important...." Truly Important..In Life...Live each day to the fullest..for you dont know ever when your time will come...Thats a scary thought in itself..But this movie taught me to not take Anything for Granted When It comes to Love and other Humans that you love and cherish...So again for all you out there that havent seen this movie..DO SO..you wont regret it!!! ;))
