My com will shut down automatically when it was at the screen which was testing my computer memory, hard disk and the cd drive...When i press delete to enter BIOS,the computer will also shut down...I cant even start my Window and safe mode...pls help...

With PC unplugged, remove RAM. Clean the pins by rubbing with the eraser tip of a pencil. If PC has more than one stick of RAM, just install and test one at a time to check if one of the sticks is defective.

i've exprience the same things before. it possibly ur computer infected by virus. Try to scan ur computer using updated antivirus. or else, for instance u can run the command at start ->
run. type shutdown -a. but it was temporary..
