Nope.
The word 'tutions' is misspelt, first; It is correctly spelt 'TUITION' pronounced tu-ish-en.

and it cannot be in the plural.

It is not a noun that can be 'counted'. You have to say either 'Tuition sessions are held here' or (preferably) 'lessons are held here'. Best of all, give the subject too; I am guessing it may be a foreign language you are teaching as you are not familiar with English.

So 'Polish lessons are held here' is correct. You could leave out the verb as it is a notice, and say 'Spanish tuition here'.

PS 'childrens' is not correct. The word 'children' is already a plural. One child, three children. (Never 'childrens'; if you want to say 'the room belonging to the children, that is 'the children's room'. That's all.)

No, a better way to say this is:

"Tutoring is held here."

No such word as tutions: tutoring is the act of teaching and tuition is the act of teaching by either paid or unpaid means to further instruct someone who is not learing at the same pace as others or one who wants to surpass all of the others and advance beyond the group.

No, it's not correct. The proper term is "tutoring sessions". Tutions is not a word in English.

It should be: Tutoring sessions (are) held here"

"Tuition" in English is the money you pay schools for your kids to go there, so it doesn't have the meaning you want. You are trying to teach them something as a tutor, so they are tutoring sessions.

Hope you're not going to teach the children English!
lol...

Just "Tuition held here" should suffice...
Less is more, you know!
