Ok, I love Oatmeal in the morning, it is warm and keeps me filled up for a while, but I also LOVE putting either brown sugar or maple syrup in it, which obviously seriously drags down the healthiness of it. Does anyone have any ideas on how to better the taste of oatmeal, healthily?

honey,it's a natural sweetener aswell as tasting yummy,not to mention honey's many health benefits. :)

Cinnamon is a great alternative; it has a natural sweet taste and also has the benefit of being a natural fat-burner. Fresh fruit tastes really good in oatmeal, too.

Honey and raisins. Use real oatmeal you have to cook. Add the honey and raisins to the boiling water before you add the oatmeal.

1 tbps molasses, or some stevia, a handful of prunes is good too for sweetness and regularity.
