nightmares when you feel that those you love had been possessed by some horrible demon, and they pretend to be the same persons you knew to you, yet, the moment they feel that you don't see them, they give you that evil, 'no matter what you do, you know you're gonna join us/die/whatever' look. it freezes me when i wake up, and think whether that was true or not. :P
