I was with a man who I knew to be verbally abusive to women,as well as a wall puncher. And I knew he had always bin a cheater. I found him advertising on here for 3-somes,proposing to a girl in Singapore, and sleepin with half the fraser valley. He goes by hootched69er,haywire.He started hitting me and I had him charged. He denies any accountability for his actions but was found guilty at trial and sent to jail. Within 2 months of being charged he was engaged to a "christian woman" who believes he never touched me. He has cheated on her since day one.I know some of the women. Is it possible that a man like him could change or is he just finding ways to become more devious?

How do you know so much about what he is doing? Of course he won't change. You already know he is currently cheating. But now it is for his fiancee to discover and deal with. I feel sorry for her. And sorry for what you went through too.

It is possible for a person to change but usually it starts with admitting the wrongs and seeking forgiveness from those harmed. I would watch this person carefully from afar, and time will tell his true colors. You might need to advise the new woman he is now with to take care. You can hope for the best for his sake and people he is involved with which I hope is not u.

People do change, but not suddenly. I do know of a few people who went to jail and gradually changed as they started looking toward christianity. He might have changed or he may not have. But he is not your problem now, dont go prying too much

I think people can stop lying and cheating as they grow up and mature, but violence is another thing altogether. Once they start feeling powerful and in charge of someone there is NO turning back. This man is dangerous.

i think for you to even give a person like this a second thought is a bad idea. i think the dead give-away for a loser is the punching walls part.... anyone can be mean verbally but to punch walls is absolutely retarded..... no he cant change and he probably has some mental issues to work on.

No, he won't change, it is only unless he realises what he has done and how it effects other people then he will. It is most likely that he blames others for his behaviour, people like this will stay the same...

well it really doesn't sound like he will change and if he does it would take a very very long time, it wouldn't be sudden.

Good for you for pressing charges and getting out of that bad situation, there are so many women who stay :(
