I'd be a complete idiot if I told you to start breathing slowly or do some yoga, you'd most probably get even more angry. I would suggest you closed your eyes and switched your thinking into something pleasant, something that makes you feel on top of the world, something that soothes your emotions and calms your nerves whatever that may be.
When I get REALLY angry I just think of a beautiful beach, we've got loads of them around here, I place myself on it and it instantly gives me a relaxing effect. I'm currently at work though and when I'm working AND I'm angry the beach does not really help 8). Try it anyway though, if it doesn't do it for you try the mountain.
Did you say angry or hungry? 8) I've got some really good advise for that too.

You get angry when:
- things are not going the way you wanted.
- someone insults you
- you get disappointed with yours or others.
-you feel vulnerable or threatened.
How to overcome:
1) Don't do anything when you get angry bcoz whatever you do may be irrational, illogical and impulsive.
2)Delay your response.
3)Think of earlier occasions where he/she has helped you. this helps your anger to come down.
4)Express your anger in a calm and polite way without hurting the other person.
5)Count 1 to 10
6)Drink a glass of water.
7) leave the place and go to some other place . and always be positive .

Excuse yourself and leave the situation, the room, the place.
Once outside, take a deep breath, count to one hundred while keeping your mind blank.

the quickest way to calm your anger is to stay quite for a few secs..then wash your face or drink a glass of water slowly..and you will be calm!

-IF this anger is related with a frustration/irritation with someone I know and can converse with with anything then I'll vent it out after I think about the pros and cons and the reason.
-IF this anger is related with MAD anger then I'll just sit back and relax while I plot my revenge then after a time, I forget that it matters to me and my revenge.
-IF this anger is related to myself then I just kill me. xDDD! Nah.
I'll just sort out my thoughts and see my fault because it is really my fault.
Muahahahaha!

haha! You can....
Or you can exit the room if someone is making you upset...take long deep breaths....but if that isn't manly enough you can take it out your aggression by doing some kickboxing. :D
