i just tink that the king of spain need to apologize to the world for all the pain and sufering that they cause in the persuit of gold and slavery.

Good question.
Why does Italy not give back all the things the Romans took from other people?
Or let's go back a few years more. Why does Greece not give back (or repay) the thing Alexander the Great took?
To be honest it's just not such a good question at all. Spain can't give back anything. Those people who owned the thing taken are dead. So who shall claim these things? Governments of Brazil or Peru? But they have spanish ancestors.
Think about it, and you'll find that there is no good answer to your question.

For the same reason that the Muslims don't want to give back Egypt to the Christians.
At the time the time the conquista was happening this type of behaviour (conquest, rape and plunder) was the commonly accepted means of international behaviour. At exactly the same time the Turks were enslaving, raping and burning Bulgaria and Serbia, the Arabs were enslaving most of North Africa and Europe's Mediteranean coastline (including a slave raid on Iceland), the Maori were just finishing the extermination of the population of (today's) New Zealand, etc.
So why pick just on the Spanish? let's give everything back to the Neanderthals.

Well, because that gold belongs now to the other European countries like England, France, Italy, Holland, etc, etc.
Precisely, those other guys that created the corsairs to steal the Spanish riches for them, after a certain time they realized that this was affecting the merchants of their own countries who had bought them.

I am Spanish and I believe that you are wrong.
Spain gave his culture and his language to the latin people .The english men also stole gold and they have not returned it. The Latin countries should not complain.
