So many to choose from & it all depends on what you consider the "most illegal" of the bunch I suppose:
Witnessed the following:
an armed robbery one night while dining.
victim of robbery at work while guy held a butcher knife to my face
robbery of a friends apartment
my neighbors stealing phone service $ cable tv
same neighbors sniffing coke off hood of a car
two guys fighting in a burger spot $ one stabbed the other & almost cut him in half at the waist/back
present neighbor shooting my 5 yr olds dog in the back for no reason, not even on property
This is depressing me so I give up...ugh

I witnessed a murder when I was still a god-fearing boy of an impressionable age. I was whisked to the other end of the country immediately after and a few weeks later I'd been subpoenaed (although I will never understand how someone underage can be legally subpoenaed) and had to return to the city it occurred in to testify. At this point in my life I was a choirboy, a straight A student, and attending a 'school for gifted children'.
After swearing on a Bible to tell the truth, I had to lie under oath for fear of my life and I stopped believing in God that day. I somehow worked it out in my mind before the trial that if I stopped believing in God, I would never be convicted for lying under oath. The murderer didn't go to jail and I was returned to their custody soon after. I was never offered counseling for what I saw, I haven't talked about it since the trial. I remember every single detail of the night it happened right down to the smell of the blood on the knife I hid after it happened.

i saw school kids in Africa marching on the street with somebodies head on a pole
i suppose that was illegal
and once some of my workers beat a thief to death with sticks ,the oldest one was probably 16,that is also not allowed .
But i never participated ,on the contrary
i kept out of the way
you did ask and expected it to be uggly
so i did not give you the nasty ones.
these inflammatory questions are very dangerous .and you should not ask them.if the answers can be brutal or illegal

define most illegal. I've seen people snort coke and take all manner of pills, I've smoked my share of weed. And I've seen some brutal beatings that might've been more legal than the drugs my friends and I have taken; the beatings were a hell of a lot more horrifying. Especially when they leave blood and skull on the sidewalk.

some of my friends got drunk one evening with this other guy they diddn't really know much. that guy decided they should break into a shop and steal drink. so they went along to the only shop in the village and smashed the window.
there was a big court battle, one of my better friends got into trouble even though the only thing he did was touch a bottle that they stole lol. he was lucky not to get a criminal record however.

4 or 5 yrs. ago my best friend and i were in a car with another one of our friends. she got pulled over for a busted tail light. the cop just said to get it fixed and let us go. about a week later we found out there were drugs in the car and they belonged to her boyfriend. i freaked out and said, 'look, i know this wasn't your fault, but if the cop had searched the car, we all would've ended up in jail. i ain't going to jail for you or anybody else. so it's either us or the boyfriend... you choose.' kinda harsh, but she just wouldn't leave this guy. a month after she finally left him, which was about 6 months after the drugs in the car incident, he got locked up for dealing drugs... and the 3 of us are all still friends! : )
