Get up, wake kids up, go to work, stay there for about 12 hours, come home, go to the gym with my husband and son, clean the house, help kids with homework, go to bed, rinse, repeat.
Tomorrow I am HOPING and PRAYING that HR will get off their A**es and fire the loser employee I have that is dragging down my department. It has taken MONTHS!!!!! For the past two weeks the director of HR has promised it would be anyday and Friday he said it would be this week.
