The sickness and the gas are all normal. Just don't let yourself get dehydrated. That can cause your body to go into early labor.

I feel for YOU! I am not 16 weeks pregnant and I can finnaly eat and no throwing up or nausea what so ever. My Dr. prescribed me Zofrin---It's such a miracle! A week ago I was in your situation (throwing up after every meal and nauseaus all day and night and not hungry at all) I was worried because I had lost 7 pounds in a month. It sounds like you might be taking Phenegren? I took those made it worse and all it did was make me sleep. Ask your doctor about Zofrin believe me it may help you! Congrats on the Pregnancy and Good Luck!

I had morning sickness (all day sickness) right through to the end of month 5 with my firstborn. I'm 15 weeks myself now and I'm still queezy, although a bit less often. I've also had the exhaustion. As far as I know, these are just the joys of pregnancy and it's different for everyone. I don't think you have anything to worry about, you just have to drag yourself through it. On the brightside, there's a great reward to look forward to in the end.

The prescription helps, you can also try pregnancy pops and ginger ale. Do remember to keep hydrated, it can be difficult, but it's important.

Good luck!

the sickness is normal...might go away soon and might last for the suration of the pregnancy - each woman and/or pregnancy is different...eat little often and that might help..as others have suggested - keep hydrated....as for the gas...it's normal...let it rip...people understand! :-)
